By creating an account or using LandIt you agree to these terms.

Accounts

• You must be 18 or older.
• Each account has one role: candidate or employer.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

For candidates

• Your profile, capabilities and CV must be true and your own.
• Only apply for roles you genuinely want to be considered for.

For employers

• Only post real, currently open roles that you are authorised to hire for.
• Never ask candidates to pay for an application, training, uniforms or anything else to be considered. Roles that do are removed and the account closed.
• Use candidates’ information only to consider them for the role they applied to.
• Offers and terms you send through LandIt should match what you will actually provide.

Content and conduct

Don’t post anything unlawful, discriminatory, misleading or abusive, and don’t try to access information that isn’t yours. We may remove content or close accounts that break these terms.

Our role

LandIt is a platform that connects candidates and employers. We are not a party to any employment agreement and we don’t guarantee that a candidate will be hired or that a role is suitable. Check details directly with the other party before you rely on them.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make important changes we’ll tell you on the site.
